Section 01

The Bespoke Commitment & Substitution Policy

At Allure Floral Designs, we pride ourselves on our integrity and our relentless pursuit of your exact vision. However, because we work with a living medium, we are subject to the whims of nature and global supply chains.

• Availability. While we strive to secure specific floral varieties and color matches discussed during your consultation, seasonal shifts, regional demand, or vendor availability may occasionally arise.
• Substitutions. In the event that a specific bloom or element is unavailable, we reserve the right to make professional substitutions. We guarantee that any replacement will maintain the integrity of the original style, color palette, and value.
• The 100% Policy. Due to the organic nature of flowers, we cannot guarantee a 100% identical match to inspiration photos. We promise to remain in constant communication throughout the process should any significant adjustments be required.

Section 02

Natural Causes & Weather Policy

The safety and preservation of your floral installations are our top priority. However, certain environmental factors are beyond human control.

• Weather Dynamics. Allure Floral Designs is not liable for damage caused by natural elements, including but not limited to extreme heat, wind, or rain.
• Repurposing. If floral arrangements are moved or repurposed by anyone other than the Allure professional team, we are not responsible for any resulting damage or structural failure.
• Refund Policy. Because our work involves perishable products and custom labor, we are unable to offer refunds due to weather-related circumstances or external handling.

Section 03

Booking & Retainers

• Save the Date. To secure your date on our calendar and initiate the detailed planning of your event, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.
• Contract Continuation. Work on your project, including detailed sourcing and design mocks, will commence only once the deposit is received and the contract is executed.
